Rate Balancivo and send feedback

Your rating and feedback go straight to the people who build Balancivo. Anyone on your team can rate it, report something that isn't working, or suggest an idea.

Steps

1. Click Share feedback at the bottom of the menu.
2. To rate Balancivo, choose from 1 to 5 stars under Rate Balancivo, add a few words if you like, and click Send my review.
3. To report a problem or share an idea, choose Something isn't working, An idea or request, or Something else under Send feedback, describe it, and click Send feedback.
4. Check back under What you've sent to see each message's status (Received, Planned, Done, or Closed) and any reply from us.

Good to know

• You have one review. Change it any time; your new review replaces the old one.
• Your review stays private unless you check the box that lets Gnosis Concepts quote it, and choose the name to show with it. Uncheck it later and it's taken down.
• We see your sign-in email and organization with each message, so we can follow up. Don't include bank account numbers or passwords.
• After you've used Balancivo for about a month, it may ask once for a rating. Choose Not now or Don't ask again; it never asks more than once every 90 days.
