Open Cash flow from the Reports part of the menu. Pick your dates. Year to date runs from January first through today. When your dates cover two months or more, this chart shows your cash at the end of each month. Point at a month to see its number. If anything is still uncategorized, it shows as Uncategorized, and this note links you to it. Now let's look at just last month. The statement starts with the cash you had at the beginning of the period. Then what came in and went out. Money in is positive, and money out is in parentheses. At the bottom is the cash you ended with. Download a CSV for a spreadsheet, or print or save a PDF to share.

The Cash flow page shows how your cash changed over a period: what you started with, what came in and went out, and what you ended with. Cash means your checking, savings, and cash accounts in Balancivo.

Steps

  1. Go to Cash flow in the Reports part of the menu.
  2. Pick the period. Choose This month, Last month, Year to date, Last year, or Custom. With Custom, set the From and To dates.
