Privacy Policy

This policy explains what information Gnosis Concepts Inc. ("we," "us") collects through agilegnosis.com (the "Site"), how we use it, who we share it with and the choices you have. Our software products have their own privacy policies, listed at the end.
The short version: the Site has no user accounts, no analytics and no advertising trackers. We collect what you send us through a form or an order, use it to answer you or fill your order, and don't sell it.
1. Information we collect
Contact form. Your name, email address, organization (optional), the topic you choose and your message.
Orders. When you check out, we collect your name, email address, organization and phone number (both optional), whether you want shipping or pickup, and any order notes. We don't send your phone number to Stripe; we use it only if you contact us about an order. Stripe collects your payment details and, for shipped books, your billing and shipping addresses. We receive your name, email, addresses, what you bought, the amount paid and a Stripe reference. We never see or store your full card number.
Tax-exemption certificates. If you buy for a tax-exempt organization, we collect the exemption certificate you attach and the state it's issued in. We use it only to decide whether to charge sales tax, and Stripe records the result on your customer record.
Product feedback. If you send feedback through our feedback form, we receive the product you choose, the kind of feedback, your rating (optional) and your message. Your name and email are optional; if you include them, we use them only to reply to you.
Purchase feedback. If you answer our short feedback survey, we receive your answers and the order reference and products from the link you followed. We don't ask for your name or email on the survey, but the order reference connects your answers to your order.
Technical information. Our host, Netlify, records standard server logs (such as IP address, browser type and the time of each request) to run the Site, apply rate limits and stop abuse.
Browser storage. Your shopping cart is saved in your browser's local storage so it's still there if you come back, and it's cleared when you return to the Site after a successful checkout. The Site sets no cookies and uses no analytics or advertising trackers. Stripe's checkout page sets its own cookies to process payments and prevent fraud.
2. How we use information
We use information to:
- answer your messages and requests for demos, pricing, capability statements and group orders;
- process, ship and support your orders, send eBook download links and pickup confirmations, and start subscriptions you buy;
- improve our checkout and products using feedback;
- keep the Site secure and prevent spam and fraud; and
- meet legal, tax and accounting obligations.
We email you about your order or your request. We don't add you to a marketing list unless you ask us to.
We don't sell personal information or share it for targeted advertising.
3. Who we share information with
We share information only with service providers that help us run the Site, and only as needed for their role:

If you buy a subscription, we send you the sign-up link for that product. The product receives your information only when you create an account there. By signing up for or signing in to the product, you agree to that product's own Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.
We may also disclose information:
- when the law, a court order or a valid government request requires it;
- to protect the rights, safety and security of our customers, the public or Gnosis Concepts Inc.; or
- to a buyer or successor in a merger, acquisition or sale of the business, which would remain bound by this policy.
4. How long we keep information
- Contact messages are kept in our email and our contact log for as long as needed to respond and follow up, and generally no longer than three years.
- Order and payment records are kept as long as tax and accounting law requires, usually seven years.
- Tax-exemption certificates are kept as long as sales tax law requires a seller to keep them (at least four years in Texas).
- Feedback (product feedback and survey answers) is kept in our email and our feedback log as long as it is useful for improving our products, and generally no longer than three years. Ask us to delete yours at any time.
- Server logs are kept by Netlify for a limited period.
5. Your choices and rights
You can ask us to access, correct or delete your personal information, or to stop emailing you, by writing to info@agilegnosis.com. We may need to keep some order records to meet legal obligations. Depending on where you live, you may have other privacy rights; email us to use them. We will verify your request, respond within the time the law allows, and won't treat you differently for using your rights.
6. Security
The Site uses HTTPS, signs eBook download links so they can't be altered or guessed and expire after 30 days (keep your links to yourself, since anyone with a link can use it until then), rate-limits its forms, checks them with Cloudflare Turnstile to block automated abuse, and keeps eBook files outside the public Site. Payment is handled entirely by Stripe. No system is perfectly secure; if a breach affects your personal information, we will notify you as the law requires.
7. Children
The Site isn't directed to children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their information. If you think a child has sent us information, email us and we will delete it.
