Terms of Service

Effective October 13, 2026

These Terms of Service ("Terms") cover your use of agilegnosis.com (the "Site") and purchases you make on it from Gnosis Concepts Inc. ("Gnosis," "we," "us"), a service-disabled veteran-owned small business in San Antonio, Texas. By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy.

1. Our products have their own terms

The Site describes and sells access to our software products. Each product has its own terms, which govern your use of it once you sign up:

These Terms cover the Site itself, orders placed on it and the books and eBooks we sell.

2. Using the Site

You may browse the Site, download our public guides and capability information, and contact us. Please don't misuse the Site: don't try to break its security, overload it, scrape it in bulk, send spam through its forms, or use it to break the law.

Information on the Site, including capability statements, GSA MAS details and product descriptions, is provided for general information. It is not an offer to contract, and it may change. Product features marked "early access" or "coming soon" may change or arrive later than planned.

3. Orders and payment

  • Prices are in U.S. dollars and don't include tax unless stated. You are charged the total shown on the Stripe checkout page before you pay.
  • Payment is taken by Stripe at checkout, and Stripe emails your receipt. We never see or store your full card number.
  • Order acceptance. Your order is accepted when payment succeeds and you receive a confirmation. If an item turns out to be unavailable or was priced in error, we will tell you and refund what you paid for it.
  • Order reference. Keep your order reference (for example GCI-261012-AB12). We use it to find your order.

4. Shipping and pickup

  • Shipping is available to U.S. addresses only. Stripe collects your address at checkout. Shipping is a flat rate per order or free, as shown at checkout before you pay. Print books are printed to order and shipped directly to you, so delivery usually takes 7 to 14 business days from your order.
  • Pickup. If you choose to pick up in person (at an event, a conference or Salvation Center San Antonio), there is no shipping charge. Show your confirmation email or Stripe receipt when you collect your books. Please collect them within 60 days, or tell us if you need them shipped instead.

5. Returns and refunds for books

  • Damaged, defective or wrong items. Email info@agilegnosis.com with your order reference and a photo within 30 days of delivery or pickup. We will send a replacement or refund you, including any shipping you paid.
  • Lost shipments. If your books haven't arrived within 20 business days of your order, email us your order reference and we will send a replacement or refund you.
  • Unwanted print books. You may return unused print books in resalable condition within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the book price. Return shipping is at your cost unless the item was damaged or wrong.
  • Signed copies and inscribed books can't be returned unless they arrive damaged, defective or wrong, because each one is signed for you.
  • eBooks can't be returned once a download link has been delivered, because the file can't be taken back. If a file won't open or is defective, we will fix it or refund you.
  • Audiobook pre-orders can be cancelled for a full refund at any time before the audiobook is released. Once it has been delivered to you, the same rule as eBooks applies: no refund unless the file is defective and we can't fix it.
  • Approved refunds go back to the original payment method, usually within 5 to 10 business days.

6. eBook license

When you buy an eBook, you get a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to download it and read it on your own devices. You may print a copy for your own use. You may not share, resell, upload or distribute the file. Group and church leaders who need copies for a group can contact us about group pricing.

Download links work for 30 days. If a link expires, email us your order reference and we will send a new one.

7. Subscriptions

GovCon Desk and Balancivo plans are subscriptions sold on the Site, billed monthly or yearly. GrantPath and PsychNote AI plans are sold in those products.

  • Billing. Your subscription starts at checkout. Stripe charges your card in advance for each month or year until you cancel. Annual plans are billed once a year, upfront.
  • Plans and limits. What each plan includes (people, organizations or workspaces, monthly allowances and daily limits) is shown on the plan tables and in the product. The product applies your plan's limits.
  • Founding offer. A founding offer gives you the plan named in the offer at the founding price for the first 12 months. After that, that plan's list price applies, or you can switch to a lower plan. Founding offers for GovCon Desk, GrantPath and Balancivo are open to new subscribers during early access, which runs through March 31, 2027. Founding seats bought before October 13, 2026 keep their original monthly rate for as long as that subscription stays active. If you cancel and come back later, current pricing applies.
  • Getting started. After payment, we email you where to create your account. Your use of the product is then governed by that product's own Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. By signing up for or signing in to the product, you agree to them.
  • Cancelling. Cancel at any time by emailing info@agilegnosis.com or replying to your welcome email. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you keep access until then.
  • Refunds. Subscription fees are not refundable, including for partly used months, except where the law requires a refund or we charged you in error. If you were charged in error, email us within 60 days and we will make it right.
  • Price changes. We will give you at least 30 days' notice before a price change applies to an existing subscription.

8. Content and trademarks

The Site's text, designs, logos, screenshots, videos and downloadable guides belong to Gnosis Concepts Inc. or its licensors. You may share links to the Site and print pages for your own reference. Please don't copy or republish our content without permission. The books' contents are protected by copyright and belong to their author or publisher.

9. Links to other sites

The Site links to other websites, including our product sites, Stripe and government sites. We aren't responsible for websites we don't run.

10. Disclaimers

The Site and its information are provided "as is." To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, about the Site, except the specific promises about orders, returns and refunds made in these Terms and any warranty the law doesn't allow us to exclude. Devotional and leadership books share the author's teaching and experience; they are not medical, legal, financial or professional advice.

11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from the Site or an order, and our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that the law doesn't allow us to limit.

12. Disputes and governing law

Texas law governs these Terms, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. If something goes wrong, please email us first at info@agilegnosis.com, and we will try in good faith to fix it within 30 days. If we can't, the state and federal courts in Bexar County, Texas have exclusive jurisdiction, except that either of us may bring a claim in small claims court where it qualifies.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms by posting a new version here with a new effective date. Changes don't affect orders already placed. Material changes to subscription terms will be emailed to subscribers at least 30 days before they take effect.
