Meet GrantPath. It's for small businesses, churches, ministries and nonprofits that want to win grants, without a full-time grants department. Here's a quick tour. Start at grantpath-ai.com. Create an account and try everything free for seven days. Then tell GrantPath what your organization does and where you serve. Every visit starts on Today: your readiness score, open applications, next deadline, and a Do next list sorted by what's due first. Step one is Readiness. Answer plain-language questions about your tax status, your Unique Entity ID, SAM.gov, and Grants.gov. Every item explains how to complete it, and your score shows what to fix next. Step two, Find grants. Describe your work and choose the funding levels you want: federal, state, county, city, or foundation. GrantPath matches programs to your mission and your location. You'll also see the official grant sites for your state, county, and city. Grants you aren't eligible for stay hidden. Click Track to add one to your applications. Step three, Apply. Open an application and upload the funding notice. GrantPath reads it and builds your requirement checklist. Each requirement quotes the notice and cites the page. Select several at once to set the owner or status, and confirm each one yourself before it counts as done. Then write. Charis plans every section the funder asks for and drafts each one from the facts you provide. Charis never invents facts. Anything missing is marked for you to fill in. Charis then scores your draft the way the review panel will, criterion by criterion, and lists the fixes that would raise your score most. When you're done, download it in Word or save it as a PDF. Have a question? Ask Charis from any page. Charis knows your organization and your application, checks current sources, and answers in plain language. Step four. When you win, GrantPath builds your reporting calendar from the funder's rules and your award agreement, tracks your budget, and emails reminders before every deadline. Step five, invite your team: your pastor, treasurer, business partner, or grant writer. You choose which organizations each person can see. So what makes GrantPath different? Most grant tools stop at search or writing. GrantPath covers the whole journey: registration readiness, local and national grants you can actually win, a checklist cited to the page, drafts built only from your facts, and award management after you win. And it's built for small teams, with faith-based compliance built in. Start with a seven-day free trial, with no card needed. Then choose the plan that fits: Essentials for one organization, Growth for teams that apply every month, or Agency for consultants serving many clients. GrantPath helps you prepare, write, and check your applications, and you stay in control of what's submitted. Start your free trial today at grantpath-ai.com.

Sorted by fit, honestly

Every program in your list lands in one of four groups, so your team spends time only where it can win.

Best fitPotential fitNot readyNot eligible

"Not ready" tells you exactly which registration or document is missing.

Requirements you can trust

Upload the notice of funding (NOFO) or RFP and GrantPath builds a requirement checklist that quotes the notice word for word and cites the page. Assign each item an owner and an internal due date, and confirm it yourself before it counts as done.

After you win

Upload the Notice of Award or grant agreement and GrantPath builds a reporting calendar that follows the funder's rules:

  • NIH and SBIR/STTR progress reports, no-cost extension and closeout
  • Other federal reports and prior-approval rules under 2 CFR 200
  • State and local pass-through reimbursements
  • Foundations interim and final reports

Dates in your award document always win over default rules, and every item shows where it came from.

Ask Charis anything

Your grants assistant answers in plain language, checks current sources, and already knows your organization, applications and awards. Ask from any page.

"Can a church receive government grants? What are the rules?" "What should we do first to be ready for federal grants?" "What's still missing for this application?" "Can we move money between budget categories?"
For faith-based organizations Faith-based organizations can compete for many government grants on equal footing. GrantPath flags faith-based compliance questions as part of your readiness check, and your organization's information is visible only to the people you invite.

Built for small teams

Sign in with an emailed link, invite your pastor, board treasurer, business partner or grant writer, and manage more than one organization from one account.

GrantPath is in early access, so founding members shape what we build next. It prepares and checks applications. It does not submit them for you or guarantee an award.

Plans

One plan for your organization, or for every client you serve

Every plan includes grant readiness, matching, requirement checklists, Charis web research and deadline and reporting reminders. Plans differ in how many organizations and people they cover and how much AI help is included each month.

Add-ons and limits
  • Add-on pack: 200 Charis questions and 10 document reads for $29, one time. Credits never expire and are used only after your monthly allowance.
  • Who a plan covers: a plan belongs to the person who subscribes and covers the organizations they own, up to the plan's organization count. Questions and reads are shared across those organizations.
  • Daily limits: 40 Charis questions per person and 150 per organization, and 15 document reads per organization, in any 24 hours.
  • Monthly allowances reset on your billing date.

Billing questions

Is there a free trial?

Yes. Every new organization gets 7 days with Growth plan limits, no card needed. Choose a plan any time on the Billing page in GrantPath.

What happens when the trial ends or a payment fails?

Your organization goes read-only. Everyone can still view and export your work, but changes, uploads, Charis and new invitations pause until a plan is active again.

What happens if we run out of questions or reads?

You're never charged for overages. Buy an add-on pack or move up a plan on the Billing page and keep going.

How does the founding offer work?

It's Growth, billed monthly, at $59 a month for 12 months. Switching to another plan or to annual billing ends the founding discount.

How does cancelling work?

Cancel any time from the Billing page in GrantPath. You keep access to the end of the period you've paid for. Annual plans are paid upfront and aren't refunded if you cancel before the year ends.

Prices in USD, plus sales tax where it applies. Tax-exempt organizations can send their exemption certificate from the Billing page. Start with a 7-day free trial at grantpath-ai.com, no card needed, then choose your plan on the app's Billing page. Annual plans are billed once a year at ten months' price and are non-refundable.
