Meet GovCon Desk, from Gnosis Concepts. Built by a veteran-owned small business that bids too, GovCon Desk helps small businesses find, win and deliver contracts, without a capture department. Each day starts on Today: replies, new bids that fit you, amendments and deadlines, all in one list. Search SAM.gov live by your NAICS codes, set-asides and location. Every notice gets a fit score with plain reasons why, including whether your certifications make you eligible. And it doesn't stop at federal. Forward state, county and city bid alerts to your private bid inbox, ranked by fit, counting the HUB and veteran goals you qualify for. Tracked notices are checked about every three hours for amendments, deadline changes and new attachments, so nothing slips past you. Score bid / no-bid before you spend time writing. The AI weighs set-aside fit, past performance, competition and time. The proposal studio turns the RFP into a compliance matrix, then guides pricing, drafting and submission. The AI never invents facts; anything it doesn't know is marked [INSERT]. Then an AI red team reviews your draft the way an evaluation board would: compliance gaps by requirement, strengths, weaknesses and the top fixes. Outreach builds relationships before the solicitation drops, and follows procurement rules: contracting officers on an open solicitation get an automatic quiet period. After award, track deliverables, invoices and modifications. And when you're stuck, ask Charis, your built-in contracting advisor. What makes GovCon Desk different? Federal, state, county and city bids in one place. AI that doesn't make things up: missing facts are marked [INSERT] for you to fill in. A red team before the real one, scoring drafts the way an evaluation board would. Outreach that follows the rules, with quiet periods, approved templates and automatic opt-outs. And it's built by a service-disabled veteran-owned small business that bids too. GovCon Desk. Find it, win it, deliver it. Start your free trial at govcon-desk.com.

Know which bids are worth it

Every SAM.gov notice and state or local bid gets a Fit score built from your NAICS codes, keywords, set-aside eligibility, time left to respond and place of performance.

State, county and city bids too

Every workspace gets a private bid inbox. Forward bid alerts from state and local portals such as Texas ESBD, SAePS, CIVCAST and Bonfire, and each bid shows up under State & local, sorted by state, county, city and other local buyers.

Fit scores also count HUB, SBE, MBE, WBE, DBE and veteran goals that match your certifications. Track a bid and it joins your pipeline beside your federal pursuits.

Never miss an amendment

About every three hours, GovCon Desk checks your tracked notices on SAM.gov for amendments, deadline changes, new attachments, awards and cancellations, and tells you on Today and by email.

Found a notice on eBuy or in an email from a prime? Paste it in and the AI fills in the facts and scores the fit.

Proposals that stay truthful

The AI never invents facts. Anything it doesn't know becomes an [INSERT …] placeholder for you to fill. Pricing shows your cost, price and gross profit, and never puts cost or markup in the proposal.

Already wrote one? Upload it in Word or PDF and red-team it with your wording unchanged.

The eight proposal steps

1RFPPaste the solicitation, including Sections C, L and M.
2Market researchPast awards from USASpending.gov: who buys this, who won it and for how much.
3Compliance matrixEvery "shall" becomes a numbered requirement.
4Win themesTwo to four themes: feature, benefit to this agency, proof.
5PriceLine items, markup, and labor rates checked against GSA data.
6WriteDraft or improve each section with AI.
7Red teamScored like an evaluation board, then fixed.
8SubmitSubmission rules, Word, PDF or Excel price sheet, and a checklist.

Outreach you approve, within the rules

Sequences send only approved templates, Tuesday to Thursday mornings in each contact's time zone, skipping federal holidays, and stop the moment someone replies, unsubscribes or bounces. Contracting officers named on an open solicitation get a quiet period until it closes, so you never contact them while a competition is open. Every message carries your name and an unsubscribe link.

Ask Charis

A contracting advisor that answers questions on the FAR, SAM.gov, GSA MAS, state and local procurement, pricing, teaming and post-award issues, and already knows your profile, pipeline and contacts.

Before you start, have ready Your 12-character SAM.gov UEI, your NAICS codes, your certifications (for example SDVOSB or VOSB), and an email address on your company's own domain.

Plans

Three plans, priced by how much you pursue

Every plan includes SAM.gov search, state and local bids, proposal drafting, buyer outreach and contract tracking. Plans differ in people, AI requests and sending volume. Need more AI requests in a busy month? Buy a pack in the app; packs never expire.

Add-ons and limits
  • AI request packs: 100 for $29, 500 for $129 or 1,500 for $349. Buy them in the app; they never expire and are used only after your monthly allowance runs out.
  • Daily limit per person: 25 AI requests on Starter, 50 on Pro and Team, so one busy teammate can't use up the whole month.
  • Most advanced model: on Pro and Team, a red-team review on the most advanced model counts as 3 requests.
  • Monthly allowances reset on your billing date.
